What moves your heart to God?
For some it is a manger scene - the visible signs. For others it is the stars, the moon - the mystery of life.
Such contemplations are humbling as we deal with our daily concerns and our place in the grand order of time. From that may we find a measure of peace.

PASTOR JON'S BIO
Jon is married to Marsha. They have two adult sons and a few grandchildren. Marsha is also a Lutheran pastor. They served a church together outside Boston for almost 30 years.
After they moved to these parts, Jon was asked to serve Trinity Lutheran, which he was delighted to do. He is part-time at Trinity, although you would never know he is part-time. Jon also helps their son with painting houses and assorted odd jobs.
Jon graduated from Princeton University and from Duke Divinity School. He used to row and run. Now, he rides his bike a lot. He will be in the Mt. Washington Autoroad bike race, even though he is old, slow and usually overweight. Whether he finishes is another story. Never underestimate an old guy on a bike.
